A Hybrid Event
Friday, June 10 at Pines Manor2085 Lincoln Hwy, Edison, NJ 08817
The new Environmental Justice law will change how environmental permits are issued in nearly two-thirds of the state.
The construction of many new facilities will be prevented, conditions will be added for the expansion of others, and yet unknown conditions will be imposed on some renewed permits. Additionally, new processes, expectations, and costs may be imposed on any development or activity in "overburdened communities.”
In what's already an uncertain time to do business in New Jersey, hear from representatives of the Department of Environmental Protection and industry experts, what the new law requires, and how to navigate this new landscape, before your business or your clients are in jeopardy.
